As a dietitian for over 10 years, specifically in sports dietetics, my passion is working with athletes, active individuals and those competing in endurance sports such as runners or triathletes.

But there’s a common problem I see too often among this population. People reach out to me because they want to lose weight, but they’re stuck. Their metabolism is stuck in a plateau and the weight will not budge. The reason is because they’ve actually ruined their metabolism.
