If you're sick of guessing what will work for you, you're going to love my one-on-one nutrition coaching program! I will create a customized fueling plan for you based on your goals, needs and sport. You'll learn exactly what foods you should be taking in, how much, and when. You'll also receive customized recommendations on supplements, a hydration plan, help with meal planning and prepping, as well as a competition day fueling plan.

Initial assessment (60 minutes)- During this time, Kristen will review your intake forms as well as food journal that you will need to fill out prior to your first appointment. This includes discussing your weight history, medical conditions, medications, food allergies/intolerances, eating habits, exercise habits, upcoming races/competitions, problem areas as it relates to nutrition and what is preventing you from reaching your goals. From there, your relationship with food and your body, and your nutrition knowledge as it relates to your specific goals will be assessed. Nutrition education will be provided where needed and tailored specifically to you and your needs. You will be given several goals to work on by the end of the session. However, after your session has ended, you will receive your personalized nutrition plan and any other resources uploaded to Healthie. You will also receive one additional 30-minute follow up session this month.

Your own client portal which will give you access to documents shared by Kristen, metric tracking, a food journal (that will be shared with Kristen), and private chat with Kristen. You will be able to access this via desktop and app
6 months of 1:1 coaching sessions with Kristen (12 total), including:
Two 30-minute nutrition consultations- During this time we will discuss how you are progressing and what needs to change to keep progress continuing. Depending on your progress, we may spend more time on one area vs another. Your nutrition plan may be updated based on the information gathered and if necessary. You will also receive more nutrition education and more goals to work on.
