Hey, I'm Kristen, a former multi-sport athlete, a sports dietitian, personal trainer and Jesus lover. For years I tried to get strong, lean and toned. I was chasing a number on the scale, obsessing over food, under eating and wasting time, energy and mental sanity. I finally realized that food was not the enemy; I had to fuel my body consistently throughout the day to build muscle and feel confident in my sport and body.

I created a plan that fits me. A simple strategy that I could actually stick with. A lifestyle that made me fitter, stronger and faster and boosted my performance and I’m ready to share it with you!
