She met me where I was in my journey and slowly helped me work towards where I wanted to be. I have been an athlete my entire life but have never really been sure how to properly fuel my body and at times have had a complicated relationship with food. My goal was to gain lean muscle mass. Kristen helped me work through some of my fears surrounding certain foods, emphasizing the importance of both physical and mental health throughout the process.
