How to do a Pushup to T
Welcome, to our last and final week of our push-up series! Today’s pushup is a pushup to T. While performing this pushup we are working in the transverse plane and it really targets core strength and stability.
Here are a couple of tips while trying the Pushup to T on your own:
- Keep your body level, core tight while performing your push-up.
- When you start to push out of your push-up and rotate to your side plank, rotate slowly and under control.
- Once in your side plank, pause, stabilize, and then return back to starting position.
Now give it a try on your own!
