It’s surprisingly easy with a few swaps.

Reducing your grocery bill is a major concern lately, and everyone is noticing that food has become expensive.

If you’ve followed my blog, you know I love food and meal-prep hacks that save time, money, and keep you and your family nourished. And ‘easy swaps’ with food you probably already have in your cupboard is one of my favorite kitchen hacks.

It’s a way to break the habit of purchasing fancy, labeled packaged food items that are over-priced and filled with sugars, fats and preservatives you can do without.

Forget buying another bottle of salad dressing, dip or marinade, or another expensive bag of granola…. make your own! Not only is the do-it-yourself approach with a few easy swaps a wallet-friendly move, it’s also eco-friendly with less packaging going to waste.
