It’s the beginning of May, and being stuck at home has not been easy for many of us during the COVID-19 crisis.
Working from home while kids run a muck, races canceled, gyms closed and literally nowhere to go!
But here’s the silver lining – life has been more relaxed and we all have a little more time for ourselves! No commute, no dragging kids out of bed to get them to school in time and no more carting kids around to after school sports or other commitments.
In my personal and professional opinion, right now is the PERFECT time to work on yourself! It takes 21 days to make a habit and we’ve definitely had 21 days.
