Yes, you CAN make peace with food, stop feeling guilty, and heal negative thoughts and beliefs about eating certain things.
You can also be more in the present moment and eat mindfully, which you’ll immediately discover, takes the satisfaction from your food to a whole new level. What else?
How about not giving your power away to food, or using it as an emotional coping mechanism, and learning alternative strategies to deal with stress, boredom, or anxiety?
