At Elite Nutrition & Performance, we believe in evidence-based science to guide you to your goals. Our Registered Dietitian (RD) and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, Kristen Tice-Ziesmer, combines her education, clinical training and experience in working with clients to deliver to you the best recommendations possible. We take a holistic approach to nutrition; meaning we focus on REAL food! No matter where you are in your journey and where you would like to end up, we will help you perform like an elite athlete, even if you’re not!

This is not a quick fix…

By now you’re probably aware that making changes to the way you’ve been eating is a lot harder than it seems like it should be. Have you ever thought, “Why can’t I just eat the way I know I should be?!” Real change is hard and it doesn’t happen overnight! You’ve probably heard the saying, “it take 21 days to make a habit stick, blah, blah, blah!” Unfortunately, there’s some truth to it. When clients come to us, they usually have one big goal they are trying to accomplish but need to make multiple changes in order for that to occur. That winds up taking more than 21 days. For that reason, we work with our clients for more than a single session. The vast majority of the population does not make every change necessary after one single visit and requires more education, support and accountability.

We are different than the others

We do not employ the use of cookie-cutter plans that you will find on the Internet or in any file folder. When we work with you we are investing in YOU as you are investing in us. For that reason, our nutrition programs generally last about 3 months but can last up to a year. We offer a variety of programs to fit your needs and goals and what will work best for you depends on what you are looking for.
