Over the course of the last few months we have been reimagining some of the services at Elite. The outcome of listening to our clients, building on past successes as well as failures we have created Be the Boss of Your Weight Loss. This program was adapted from a previous individual based one that showed great success rates from clients.
In order to create a strong base of knowledge we have started this program with Nutrition 101. This represents the core curriculum of eating right like basic food groups, portion sizes, nutrition in weight loss and making smart goals for yourself. When you leave this class you will be able to start thinking critically about food choices you make from that point on. The next stop is on to Metabolism and Weight Loss. In this workshop you will learn exactly what makes you tick, how your metabolism works and what simple changes you can make that will equal a big impact. With these two core classes you will now be able to walk by all those magazines at the checkout line and laugh about the ridiculous claims on the cover!
With this strong foundation we will now tackle the finer details that bring it all together. With meal planning and plate building you will learn how to create a meal balanced for your personal macronutrient needs. These meals will be optimized to give you balanced energy for your whole day and tissue repair after your workouts. Before that food makes it to your plate you have to navigate the perilous maze known as the grocery store. With the Grocery Shopping for Weight Loss seminar we show you the easy way to get around the grocery store and how to avoid the dangerous calorie pitfalls that lie within. Eating at home will probably get a little monotonous after too long so you will probably want to hit the town. With Dine with a Dietitian we will show you the best way to make a healthy plate out of your favorite restaurants menu. Imagine never feeling guilty for eating out again knowing you made the best choice possible. Finally with Exercise Is Part of the Equation Too we will show you the ins and outs of building an exercise routine to compliment your fitness goals. Whether you want to work out at home or in a gym we can help you build your dream plan!

Please help me. I am on my journey to meeting the new me. I have been morbidly obese (5′ 3″ 300+ lbs with LOTS of belly fat) for the past 20+ years and recently decided to choose life over dying fat. I am going to the gym and using some Herbalife products (loving it and them). My food choices are typically healthier ones so, I’m down 27 lbs in 2.5 months and feeling better. I need meal plans and gym routines to see better results for myself and before my upcoming trip to Jamaica in March (to see the love of my life) ? PLEASE help me!!!
