How Coaching Works

Nutrition Coaching PLAN Options

Platinum Level Coaching

The platinum level of coaching is best recommended for someone who is unsure of how to condition and fuel their body for their sport. With the platinum level of coaching, you will receive an individualized training plan plus individual nutrition consultations each month. You will receive a detailed plan for both the nutrition and training for you to follow on your own until your next session. In between sessions you will have access to me through emails for continued support and guidance. It is advised that you have gym access or a home gym to complete your workouts and are willing to exercise on your own.

Month 1:

  • Initial assessment (60 minutes)
    • review of medical history, medications
    • review of food journal, exercise/training schedule
    • discussion of findings vs recommendations
    • education on nutrition and training recommendations and plan of attack
  • Personalized training plan
  • Personalized nutrition plan
  • Daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Unlimited support and accountability via private chat

Month 2:

  • Two 30-minute nutrition consultations to discuss progress, break through barriers, provide further education and keep progress moving on goals
  • Personalized training plan
  • Daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • Unlimited support and accountability via private chat

Month 3:

  • Two 30-minute nutrition consultations to discuss progress, break through barriers, provide further education and keep progress moving on goals
  • Personalized training plan

GOLD LEVEL COACHING

The gold level of coaching is recommended for anyone who primarily needs help fueling their body and needs a little more guidance. This program is recommended for anyone who already has an exercise/training program in place and/or wants to focus on improving their overall diet as well as performance nutrition. It includes a personalized nutrition plan, in addition to one-on-one nutrition consultations.

Month 1:

  • education on nutrition and training recommendations and plan of attack

SILVER LEVEL COACHING

The silver level of coaching is best recommended for individuals who already have an exercise plan in place and just need help a little with their nutrition plan. This program is best for individuals who are already fairly knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. If you are looking mostly for guidance and need less nutrition education, this program is for you. You will receive one individual consultation per month and unlimited support between sessions.
