Low-Fat Pumpkin Mousse

Pumpkin mousse

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 c. skim milk (for higher protein use Fairlife Skim Milk)
-1/4 c. canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
-1 oz package sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
-1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/8 tsp ground ginger
-1/8 tsp ground cloves
-1 1/2 c. light whipped topping
Directions:
-Whisk together all ingredients, except whipped topping, until thick and pudding-consistency.
-Fold in whipped topping.
-Spoon into 6 bowls and chill for several hours
