We Are Not Your Average Gym

Personal training with Elite Nutrition & Performance is unlike typical personal training at big box gyms. We focus on a variety of training styles: sports specific training, functional training, HIIT training, weight training and metabolic-boosting circuit training. Why? Because we believe you can go anywhere to just “work out” but to get maximum results, you need to go just above working out. When you train with us you will be training specifically for your needs and nothing else just to fill the time.

We also believe that the fitness side of things is just one piece of the puzzle and a nutrition plan is a necessary component of any good training plan. Each training program includes a nutrition component that will coincide with your exercise and overall wellness plan. With this combination, you can expect to have vast improvements in your sport, a decline in injuries, a stronger and leaner body and a boost in your metabolic rate! Each program has been developed and is recommended to meet your specific needs and goals. We offer single personal training sessions, couples training, small group training and personal training packages.

As an added bonus, you will work one-on-one with your trainer in a private personal training studio. That’s right! No more waiting for equipment or having to work around other gym guests! Feel comfortable in our inviting studio where you don’t have to feel like anyone is staring at you or judging you.

Personal Training Packages

3x/Week Personal Training

Recommended for those who have 15+ lbs of body fat to lose or those looking to put on muscle mass and bulk up. Training will be tailored individually to your goals, taking into consideration injuries, limitations and conditions affecting exercise.

Includes:

  • Three 60-minute sessions each week
  • One 30-minute nutrition consulting session per month
  • Personalized nutrition plan
  • Guidance on exercise for days not with trainer
  • Email access to your trainer and dietitian
  • FREE ENP t-shirt

2x/Week Personal Training

Best recommended for clients who are willing and able to do a combination of training on their own and with your trainer. This option is ideal for endurance athletes needing to build/ maintain muscle, competitors who need a little extra push during the week but mostly workout on their own or those who are just getting into working out.

  • Two 60-minute sessions each week
  • One 30-minute nutrition consulting session per month
  • Personalized nutrition plan
  • Email access to your trainer and dietitian
  • Guidance on exercise for days not with trainer
  • FREE ENP t-shirt

1x/Week Personal Training

Best recommended for clients who already exercise on their own and want to freshen up their routine. Clients must have a good understanding of exercise and can exercise on their own.

Includes:

  • One 60-minute session each week
  • One 30-minute nutrition consulting session per month

  • Email access to your trainer and dietitian
  • Guidance on exercise for days not with trainer

Single Personal Training Sessions

Not interested in committing to a personal training package? Only interested in training sessions without help with the nutrition side of things?

Great news- we now offer 30-60 minute individual personal training sessions! You can still enjoy working with our great trainers in the privacy of our personal training studio without the commitment!
